UI/UX Designer (Full Time, based in Surabaya)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or a related technical field
Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile).
Strong in driving design initiatives and ability to coordinated closely with product and engineer.
Skilled in creating user-centered designs and collaborating with product and tech teams.
Proficient in using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping.
Understands Human-Centered Design principles, accessibility basics, and Agile workflows.
Has a portfolio showcasing clean, user-focused design projects, preferably in health-tech or related industries.
